DTEK Donetsk Grids to reconstruct an overhead line on Torhova Street in Mariupol

DTEK Donetsk Grids is about to complete the reconstruction of a 0.4 kV overhead power line on Torhova Street. Instead of the old line, a new one will supply electricity to one of the oldest streets in the city. And this will be comprised of 76 new reinforced concrete poles, and 1.35 km of aerial bundled conductors. The work is be completed in May.

Besides, two more 0.4 kV overhead lines in the Central and Primorsky districts, and a distribution point will be reconstructed in the village of Azovkoltco in 2021. Installation of 8 new high-tech, complete transformer substations that meet today’s requirements will ensure that residents of Prospekt Mira and Nakhimov, Kuindzhi, Semashko, Bogdan, Grachev, Lazarev, Flotskaya, Bagration, Stalevarnaya, 1st and 2nd Slobodka streets, Prokatny lane have reliable electricity and comfort in their homes.

DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers are upgrading two 110 kV substations. The linear and transformer bushings of the Gorod-8 substation will be replaced in the Levoberezhny District. Moreover, the plans are to replace the batteries of the Gorod-3 substation in the Kalmiussky District.

Besides, DTEK Donetsk Grids consistently improves remote services for customers. With this in mind, a chatbot was launched on ViberandTelegram in 2021. Using his new communication channel, customers can submit meter readings, report failures, and get answers to frequently asked questions.
