DTEK Donetsk Grids to improve the online services for metering devices related requests
To place a request, a customer needs to go to the DTEK Donetsk Grids website to the section ‘Order Service’. Then select the required service in ‘Energy Meter Problems’. Enter the customer number or address, indicate contact information, location of the meter, nature of home ownership, work date, and click ‘send’. The customer receives a confirmation by email. After confirming his request, the customer gets the work done on the selected day.

Using the updated online form, you can remotely order a free meter service if:
- A meter stopped or there is no indication on the screen;
- There is an "ERROR" displayed on the meter screen;
- Melting of the meter body;
- The meter displays an incorrect date or time;
