DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to almost 4,000 families over the course of a day

On April 21, DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers have repaired the grids in 12 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 3,900 families. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the frontline region once it becomes possible and the military provide a permit for work performance.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 12 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to 3,349 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Artillery shelling, missile and air attacks continue. Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 112 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 423 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
