DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to homes of more than 2,000 families in the Donetsk region over the course of a day

Despite constant shelling in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, managed to conduct a number of grids repairs and restore power to residents of 13 settlements, thus restoring electricity to more than 2,000 families in Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts.

On September 9, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews have completely or partially restored electricity to 9 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,360 families in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk and Bakhmut districts.

Yesterday, energy workers managed to work in Marinka community, restoring power to more than a thousand families. Besides, specialists of the energy company were able to conduct a number of repairs in Sloviansk, Toretsk, Selydove and Kostiantynivka communities.

Massive shelling, missile strikes and air assaults are underway in the Donetsk region, continuing to damage energy infrastructure of the region. The most difficult directions remain Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk, Bakhmut and Sloviansk. 85 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
