DTEK Donetsk Grids to restore power supply to 11 settlements
“We hear and understand the needs of our customers. The company's workers are all set to prevent outages related to bad weather and eliminate any consequences. We work 24x7 to ensure that there is electricity in homes of our customers,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids.
To date, 11 settlements remain without electricity:
The villages of Novy Kavkaz, Novoaleksandrovka, Elizavetovka, Novobakhmetyevo, Zelenoe, Novoprigozhee, Karpovka (formerly known as Alexandrovsky District) in Kramatorsk District;
The village of Novovodyanoe, Blagodat, Vesna, Veseloe Pole (formerly known as Dobropolsky District) in the Pokrovsky District.
Repairs will continue until all the consequences of bad weather are eliminated. The power company is making every effort to restore the power supply as soon as possible. The reliability of power supply and the comfort of our customers is our main goal.
DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds of the need to comply with electrical safety rules:
- In case of strong wind, do not stay near power lines;
- Do not approach the broken wire closer than 8-12 meters and in no case touch it;

If your address is there, the power engineers know about the outage.
