DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power supply to 11 settlements

Strong winds and snowfalls caused a number of blackouts across the entire Donetsk Region. The energy company is restoring the power supply to 11 settlements. 23 field teams are involved in the recovery work.

DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power supply to the following settlements:

  • Villages of Spornoye, Ivanodaryevka, Otradovka, Nikolaevka, Grigorievka, Serebryanka in the Bakhmutsky District;
  • Villages of Novomarkovo, Mayskoye, Markovo, Fedorovka in the Kramatorsk District (was known as the Konstantinovsky District);
  • The village of Razdolnoe in the Volnovakhsky District (was known as the Velikonovoselkovsky district);

The company will continue restoring the power supply until all the consequences of bad weather are eliminated. The energy company is making every effort to restore the power supply as soon as possible. The reliability of power supply and the comfort of our customers is our main goal.

The bad weather continues. DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds of the need to comply with electrical safety rules:

  • In case of strong wind, do not stay near power lines;
  • Do not approach the broken wire closer than 8-12 meters, and in no case touch it;
