DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to more than 60,000 households over the course of a week

Over the course of a week, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to restore power to residents of 91 settlements, thus restoring electricity to more than 60,000 households in the Donetsk region. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide a permit for work performance.

During the week, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore electricity to 91 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 62,836 households in the frontline region.

Moreover, yesterday energy workers have restored electricity to more than 4,000 households in 16 settlements.

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy conducts offensive on the Bakhmut, Lyman and Avdiivka directions.

The situation in the region remains very difficult. 100 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
