DTEK Donetsk Grids brings power back to 56,000 residents of the region

Heavy rains, thunderstorms, gusts of wind entailed massive power outages across Donetsk Region. The DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency teams are still on the alert to restore power supply as soon as possible. Over the past day, our energy workers have restored the work of 83 power lines and 893 transformer substations. 77 settlements have their electricity back.

At the moment, 11 settlements still have no power:

  • The villages of Nekremennoe, Maiaky, Sredny Khutor, Shandrigolova in the Kramatorsk District;
  • The villages of Privolye, Vasyukovka, Vershyna in the Bakhmutsky District;
  • The villages of Novoselidovo, Izmailovka, Voznesenka, Kremennaya Balka in the Pokrovsky District;

DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency crews have been put on the alert and will work 24/7 to ensure that our customers have a reliable power supply.

DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests, takes care of its customers and does everything to ensure that their homes always have electricity and comfort. More than 90 repair teams and 72 pieces of equipment are involved in emergency recovery work. The energy workers are making every effort to restore the power supply to the affected areas as soon as possible,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids.

Information about outages can be checked using the DTEK Donetsk Grids chatbot on Viber or Telegram, as well as on the company's website in the section "Scheduled and emergency outages". If your address is there, the energy workers know about the blackout.
