DTEK serves the interests of Ukraine, takes care of its customers, and does everything to ensure that their homes always have power, warmth, and comfort. Our energy workers worked under no timeline to restore power to the hardest-hit areas.

Over the day, we have returned power supply for more than 22,000 of our customers. More than 60 emergency response teams were involved in the recovery work. The company’s experts are still working under no timeline to prevent outages related to bad weather and eliminate possible accidents,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids. “We work every day to make the power supply more reliable and the service more convenient and customer-oriented.”

Severe weather caused a number of blackouts in Donetsk Region. The settlements in Pokrovsky, Kramatorsky, Mariupol Districts suffered the most.
