DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests, takes care of its customers, and does everything to ensure that their homes always have electricity, warmth, and comfort. Energy workers worked 24/7 to recover the power supply to the affected areas.

Over the past day, we have returned power supply for more than 31,000 of our customers. More than 90 field teams and 76 pieces of equipment were involved in the emergency recovery work. Our energy workers are still working under no timeline to prevent outages related to severe weather and eliminate possible accidents,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids. “We work every day to make the power supply more reliable and the service more convenient and customer-oriented.”

The reason for a number of blackouts in Donetsk Region was severe weather, heavy rain, and heavy wind. Settlements in the Mariupol, Bakhmutsky, Volnovakhsky, Kramatorsky Districts suffered the most.
