DTEK Donetsk Grids restores service to 90 settlements that lost power after severe weather
“DTEK strives to become the standard of customer focus. We are doing emergency recovery work around the clock. Over the weekend, we restored service to 57,000 households."
DTEK Donetsk Grids mobile crews were put on full alert to deal with the aftermath of bad weather and quickly restore network sections cut off by the wind and fallen trees. Such restorations take longer, as it is needed remove fallen branches and trees first. 98 crews and 69 units of equipment were involved. The northern and central parts of the region - Kramatorsk, Pokrovsky and Bakhmut districts – witnessed the most outages.The weather is still quite challenging. DTEK Donetsk Grids crews are on full alert to prevent weather-related outages, restore power cuts and provide customers with reliable power supply.
DTEK Donetsk Grids urges the residents of the region to be careful not to approach bare wires and broken lines.
