Despite heavy fighting in the Donetsk region, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to repair the grids and restore electricity to 6 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring power to homes of more than 2,000 families. Energy workers continue to conduct repairs once it becomes possible.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored power to 6 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 2,440 families in the Donetsk region.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy concentrates main efforts on conducting an offensive on Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions.

Due to constant shelling, 97 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
