DTEK Donetsk Grids needs to de-energize some parts of the streets in Mariupol to ensure safe work of Mariupol Vodokanal

DTEK Donetsk Grids needs to de-energize a part of the Central District so that employees of the water supply and sewerage facilities department could do their work safely. The power supply will be restored immediately as soon as emergency recovery work on the water pipeline is done.

The power company customers living in the Central District from Kirov Square to Slobodka fall under the outage.

The reason for the shutdown was an accident at the water pipe at the intersection of Metallurgov Avenue and Mitropolitskaya Street. The pipeline ruptured near the underground DTEK Donetsk Grids utilities. There are 10 6kV cable lines running in this place. For the safety of emergency recovery work, the energy workers turned off a part of the lines within the work area at the request of the water supply and sewerage system department.

DTEK serves the interests of Ukraine, takes care of its customers, and does everything to ensure that their homes always have electricity, warmth, and comfort.

Information about outages can be checked using the DTEK Donetsk Grids chatbot on Viber or Telegram, as well as on the company's website in the section "Scheduled and emergency outages". If your address is there, the energy workers know about the shutdown. If you did not find your address - leave a message on the company's website in the same section, or call the call center (0629) 450 473, (093/096/099) 4500473, or message the DTEK Donetsk Grids via Facebook.
