‘DTEK info KREM’: DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids creates an operational channel to share information with chairmen of united territorial community and condominiums of the region

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark of customer focus. We work every day to make our services convenient and focused on the needs of the region's residents. Through remote channels, customers can receive the company's services and the needed information. Now we have another one - DTEK info KREM in Viber. 1,100 representatives of the united territorial community and condominiums of the region have subscribed to it. They get up-to-date information about failures and scheduled maintenances in the network and can inform residents about it quickly,” says Vitaliy Shaida, General Director for DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Subscribers of the group receive notifications about scheduled and emergency power outages in the Kyiv region. In turn, heads of the united territorial community and condominiums can promptly inform the residents of the district about scheduled or unpredictable power outages.

To start using the communication channel, you need to search for 'ДТЭК info KРЕМ (DTEK info KREM) in Viber and join the group.

The info on scheduled and emergency outages indicates the maximum time of power interruption. But the company's crews try to get the job done as quickly as possible and minimize any discomfort for customers.

As previously reported, Vitaliy Shaida, Head of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids, advised residents of the region to use online channels for contacting the company instead of visiting the customer centers themselves. Thus, customers save their time and avoid unneeded contacts, which is especially important in the pandemic. He underlined this during the virtual meeting with customers on Facebook within the #AskAboutTheLight project. The full video recording can be found here.
