By the end of 2021, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids plans to replace more than 37,000 electronic and mechanical meters. New metering devices are verified and certified in accordance with the current legislation, as well as regulatory and technical criteria that are valid in Ukraine.

DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements high-level service standards. This year, the company will replace 7,500 meters more than last year. As part of our investment program, we will install them in residential buildings with obsolete metering devices of low accuracy. This will not imply additional costs to the customers,” says Vitalii Shaida, CEO of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Please, let DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids representatives inside your apartment to do the installation (if the meter is inside). Our workers will be wearing branded overalls of gray-yellow color. At the request of a customer, electricians must present appropriate certificates.

The meter replacement plan is published monthly on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website. You can find it in the section All about electricity meters - Installing meters for customers under the 2021 investment program. The resource indicates the addresses where it is planned to replace the meters.
