DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids to serve customers in Customer Support Centers regardless of the official residency

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids promotes a modern customer service that is convenient and available for all residents of the region. From now on, Customer Service Centers will work per the European model, and will accept residents regardless of their official residency. This change will allow customers to select a center with the most convenient location for them. At the same time, the company recommends that customers reduce the number of visits to the centers and resolve any issues they have got using remote services during the quarantine.
