DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids adjusted its scheduled maintenance plan for the sake of comfort during 2022 admission campaign

DTEK is a reliable and responsible company that cares about its customers and understands that uninterrupted power supply to the educational establishments, where NMT is now taking place, will allow to freely conduct a 2022 admission campaign, as testing is conducted on a computer that requires voltage for operation. That is why we are adjusting a scheduled maintenance plan for the period from July 25 to August 5: no scheduled activities related to strengthening of grids infrastructure will be carried out at the addresses of temporary examination centers (schools and universities) – electricity will not be cut off for that.

In case of blackouts our specialists are ready to promptly restore power at these addresses.

For all other addresses, the company will continue its operation in the regular mode, eliminating defects in energy equipment, clearing power lines routes, processing customers’ requests.

Due to the martial law in the country and as per the regulator’s decree, the company has temporarily restricted access to the information related to power cutoffs and terms of power restoration at the company’s website. Company’s specialist inform local communities and civil-military administration about schedules of cutoffs.
