To ensure accurate electricity billing, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids reminds consumers of the service about the need to submit meter readings as of the 1st day of each month. If the company does not receive up-to-date meter readings, then the volume of electricity consumption is calculated based on the average daily consumption volume - according to the data of the last two sequentially taken meter readings and is provided to suppliers for generating invoices to customers. This approach to generating electricity bills is stipulated by the Code of Commercial Electricity Accounting.

“DTEK cares about its customers and understands their needs. Therefore, we introduce modern services. DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has top three simple and fast services for submitting meter readings. You can use them remotely, which is important in the context of pandemic in the country. A customer only needs to choose the one that is convenient to him, and it takes only a few minutes a month to submit data,” says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids CEO.

You can submit the readings through:

  • "Merezhi online” mobile app;
