At 13:17, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids restored power to all residents of the Kyiv region, left without electricity due to the enemy missile attack on the region.

Due to yet another missile attack on the Kyiv region in the morning of March 21, missile fragments damaged the grids that provide electricity to 1,694 families in the Bucha district of the region. Specialists of the company commenced repairs once the situation permitted. Electricity has now been restored to all customers.
