DTEK updated the schedule of stabilization shutdowns in the Dnipropetrovsk region

An updated schedule has an up-to-date database and new addresses that customers could not find in the schedule before. We are trying to implement shutdowns in such a manner, so that the power supply is absent for no more than 4 hours after 5 hours of electricity presence.

In order to understand when electricity will be present, just enter your settlement and address in the corresponding fields, and see the schedule of electricity supply.

The schedule will be in a test mode for the next few days. Please note! Previous schedules are not valid!

If your address is absent in the schedule or if an actual situation is different from the schedule, please inform us about it immediately.

Feedbacks are important to us, as they help make schedules as convenient for customers as possible in a short period of time.

The fastest way is to write us a private message on the DTEK Dnipro Grids Facebook. Another way is to file an application in the section “No electricity?” on the company’s website. You can also file an application via a contact center, though it may take longer due to a large number of calls.

Earlier, updated schedules have been launched in the city of Kyiv and in the Odesa region. Over time, updated schedules will be implemented in the Kyiv region.

Important reminder. When electricity is restored after a shutdown, electrical appliances are to be switched on in turn. This will help avoid emergencies due to overload of the grids and maintain electricity in your and neighboring houses.
