The government gradually restores everything that was destroyed by the invaders in order to return the country back to normal as soon as possible. DTEK Odessa Grids also contributes to returning residents of Odessa and Odessa region to normal life as soon as possible and to providing them with electricity distribution services in a convenient format.

For this purpose, available remote customer services keep functioning in the company. For the customers, who have troubles using remote services or face any immediate issues, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of Customer Service Centers.

Convenient remote customer services are functioning in DTEK Odessa Grids Distribution System Operator. They allow solving most of the issues related to electricity distribution and ordering services without visiting offices. For the customers, who have a need to visit CSC in person in order to solve some issues, like restoration of lost documents for electricity distribution services, conclusion or renewal of the electricity distribution agreement, etc., we have opened four service centers in Odessa and Odessa region that were closed since the beginning of war. Welcome, we are open”, – noted in the company.

Customers will be able to place requests in the service centers and receive services related to amendment of current agreements, operation and repair of meters, adjust readings and submit electricity consumption reports etc.

Employees of DTEK Odessa Grids service centers have guidelines on how to act in case of emergencies. Additionally, there are shelters near the CSC that can be used in case of an air alert. Addresses of shelters are provided in the CSC notices.

Service centers are open at the following addresses: 2А Krasnova in Odessa, 29 Semynarska in Izmail, 42 Mayakovskoho in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, 12b Enerhetykiv in Podolsk. Offices will be temporary operating from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday.

Please use official information channels only and stay calm. We are working 24/7 to ensure reliable power supply of houses and enterprises.
