DTEK Odessa Grids has additionally resumed operation of four Customer Service Centers in the region

DTEK continues to gradually resume operation of Customer Service Centers (CSC) in the Odessa region. Another four centers has opened in June in towns of Artsyz and Bolgrad in Bolgrad district, in the town of Kodyma in Podolsk district and in the village of Shyriaieve in Berezivka district. They will be open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures. The company also reminds that most services are available to the customers 24/7 in user-friendly remote service channels and online services.

DTEK Odessa Grids is doing everything possible to make it convenient for customers to receive company’s services. For that purpose, the following remote services are available 24/7: Viber and Telegram chatbot, user account on the website, automatic IVR menu of the call center − (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90, a designated line for legal entities – (066) 750 90 90. Thanks to remote service channels, customers do not need to go to the company’s office, stand in queues and waste their time. Most issues can be solved with a mobile phone and Internet access.

As for the customers, who require personal visit to the company’s specialists, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers (CSC). Service is currently provided on a first come, first serve basis, because air alerts can adjust time of service provision.

“DTEK is a reliable and responsible company. We do our best to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to receive the necessary services, despite the difficult situation in the country. Centers in Bolgrad, Podolsk and Berezivka districts of the Odessa region has opened on June 7 at the following addresses: 50-а Chkalova in Artsyz, 1 Traianvalska in Bolgrad, 5 Skhidna in Kodyma, 5 Malynovskoho in Shyriaieve village. All CSC will be open from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures. Customer service will also be provided without being tied to a place of residence. In total, centers are already open in 10 towns and villages of the Odessa region,” – informed representative of the company.

Distribution System Operator recommends visiting Customer Service Centers when the issue cannot be solved remotely. For example, restoration of lost documents for the electricity distribution services, conclusion or renewal of the electricity distribution agreement, application for amendments to the current agreements, adjustment of readings or submission of electricity consumption reports, etc.

Employees of DTEK Odessa Grids service centers have guidelines on how to act in case of emergencies. Additionally, the nearby shelters are within the walking distance from the CSC and can be used in case of an air alert. They are equipped with everything needed for the specialists to be able to continue providing services in case of a lasting air alert, including Internet connection.
