DTEK Odessa Grids reminds of the need to submit meter readings

DTEK Odessa Grids reminds its customers of the need to submit meter readings every month. Timely submitted readings is a key to billing for actually consumed electricity. For this purpose, the company has convenient remote services, which can help customers easily and quickly submit data about used kilowatts.

Meter readings are to be submitted during the period from 30th day of the current month till 3rd day of the next one. Electricity provider produces bills in accordance with data, submitted by the customer and processed by the Distribution System Operator.

The following channels are available in the company for submission of readings:

  • Viber and Telegram chatbot (enter “DTEK Odessa Grids” in the search bar or follow the links);
  • web form “Submit readings” at the DTEK Odessa Grids website;
  • automatic IVR menu of the call center: (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90, (066) 750 90 90;

If, the customer does not submit meter readings, then the provider will bill him as per the average monthly consumption of the given consumer. The customer can submit readings during the billing period next month and Distribution System Operator will perform adjustment based on the volume of actually consumed electricity.

Timely registration and submission of meter readings will help accurately calculate amount of consumed electricity, while timely customer payment for provided services will ensure stable operation of DTEK Odessa Grids, and therefore – reliable and uninterrupted power supply in Odessa and Odessa region.

Let us recall that on April 20 DTEK Odessa Grids Customer Service Centers in Odessa, Izmail, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Podolsk have partially resumed operation. We recommend contacting specialists only when personal visit is required. For example, to submit a request or get services related to amendment of the current agreement, solve issues related to operation and repair of meters, adjust readings and submit electricity consumption reports, etc.

On April 18, DTEK Odessa Grids specialists have also resumed registering readings of customers’ meters. Meter’s reference readings are required for billing of the consumed electricity in order to provide the customers with accurate bills.

Please, use official DTEK Odessa Grids information channels only. We are working 24/7 to ensure reliable power supply of buildings and enterprises.
