DTEK Odesa Grids invites business customers to their online account

Convenience, speed, and remoteness. DTEK Odesa Grids invites business customers to their online account. This is a good opportunity to send a monthly report on meter readings online, receive bills for electricity distribution services and adjust limits.

DTEK Odesa Grids is transforming its business by introducing European standards of customer service. We work every day to make the power supply reliable, and the service convenient and customer-oriented,” says Oleksandr Fomenko, CEO of DTEK Odesa Grids.

Using their online account, customers can:

  • Report on meter readings every month;
  • Receive bills for electricity distribution services and reactive electricity flows;
  • Receive notifications about debt;
  • Adjust limits;
  • Track all agreements simultaneously that are registered under one legal entity;
  • Receive information on consumption volumes, balance, and payments;

To sign up, a customer needs to go to the DTEK Odesa Grids website and select the "online account" icon. Then you should fill in a simple registration form for business customers and click "register". Registration confirmation will be sent to your e-mail along with a link to set a password and documents for concluding an additional agreement for using your personal online account. You can check the instructions on how to register in your online account, its functions and answers to frequently asked questions here.

As a reminder, DTEK Odesa Grids has launched a new online service for individual clients - “Conclude an agreement online”. This service will come in handy for those who bought a house or apartment from a previous owner, inherited a home, and renews the electricity distribution contract for themselves. Therefore, there is no need for in-person visit to the company's offices.

DTEK Odesa Grids also has new digital assistants on Viber and Telegram to serve household customers. Using the functionality of the chatbots, the company's customers can already report meter readings, receive a message about emergency or planned outages, report emergency situations, apply for maintenance of metering devices, and get answers to the most common questions.
