An old CSC, located in the building that was built in 1897, was no longer up to modern standards. The office system with narrow corridors made it difficult to navigate, created queues to specialists and uncomfortable waiting conditions. For this reason, the CSC was relocated to the neighboring, more spacious and comfortable building. Before the war, it was completely renovated through the company’s investment program. However, opening of the renovated office had to be postponed due to hostilities.

We are now gradually resuming operation of CSCs. They are already operating in 8 cities of the region. We are also transferring our employees in Dnipro to a new and more customer-friendly premise in order to enable our customers receive all required services in a fast and convenient manner. Just like other company’s CSC, it operates without being tied to a place of residence. Thus, both residents of Dnipro and residents of the entire region can seek advice and service here,” – said representative of the company.

A renovated office is designed for operation of 23 specialists and daily provision of service to about 400 visitors. During martial law, service here will be provided to customers, whose issues cannot be solved online. In particular, customers will be able to receive services related to renewal of agreements, adjustment of meter’s readings, submission of consumption volumes reports by legal entities, etc.

To save time and for convenience of customers there is an electronic queue. After getting a ticket in the terminal, the customer can track his number on the monitor and immediately gets access to a vacant specialist.

In the waiting area – comfortable furniture and dedicated mobile phone charging points. There is a children’s corner for visitors with kids, where they can have fun while grownups solve their issues. All conditions are provided for people with disabilities: ramp, lift and tactile indicators on walking paths and information signs.

A renovated Customer Service Center at 40 Kniazia Yaroslava Mudroho in Dnipro will be open from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. There is a live queue, no prior appointment required. Addresses of other open offices are available in the corresponding section of the company’s website or by calling the contact center.

For customers’ safety, DTEK Dnipro Grids employees are informed about nearby shelters. In case of an air alert they will advise how to get there fast to be safe from shelling.

At the same time, the company recommends using the following DTEK Dnipro Grids remote services during martial law as much as possible: social networks, contact center +38 (056/066/067/063) 790-99-00, 0-800-301-497, Viber and Telegram chatbots and Viber notification channel “ДТЕК info ДНЕМ”.
