DTEK gradually resumes operation of Customer Service Centers in the Dnipropetrovsk region – now in Novomoskovsk

On May 23, DTEK Dnipro Grids resumes operation of the Customer Service Center (CSC) in Novomoskovsk. It will be operating from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures. Customers will be able to get services that require personal visit to the specialists. The company also recommends using available and convenient remote communication channels and online services.

Despite the martial law in the country, DTEK Dnipro Grids is doing everything possible to enable the customers to get all required services, provided by the company. In order to do that, the following convenient remote services are working 24/7: social networks, call center +38 (056/066/067/063) 790-99-00, 0-800-301-497, Viber and Telegram chatbots and Viber notification channel “ДТЕК info ДНЕМ

For the customers, whose issues cannot be solved online or who urgently need help, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers.

In order to solve most of the issues related to electricity distribution services, residents of the region can now use convenient remote services. However, in some cases the customers should visit office of the company in person. For example, when they need to restore lost documents for electricity distribution services, get originals with wet seal. To give our customers from Novomoskovsk and nearby settlements an opportunity to visit our specialists in order to solve such issues, we have additionally opened 1 more Customer Service Center,” – noted representative of the company.

Service center is open at the following address: 25 Stadionna, Novomoskovsk.

Working hours: 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Live queue, no prior appointment required.

For customers’ safety, DTEK Dnipro Grids employees are informed about nearby shelters. In case of an air alert they will advise how to get there fast to be safe from shelling.

As stated earlier, on April 20 DTEK Dnipro Grids Customer Service Centers (CSC) in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Nikopol and Pavlohrad have resumed operation. Addresses of all open offices are available in the corresponding section at the company’s website or via call center.
