DTEK gradually resumes operation of Customer Service Centers in the Odessa region – now in Tatarbunary and Biliaivka

On May 16, DTEK Odessa Grids resumes operation of additional Customer Service Centers (CSC) in Tatarbunary and Biliaivka. They will be operating from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures. Customers will be able to get services that require personal visit to the specialists. The company also recommends using available and convenient remote communication channels and online services.

Despite the martial law in the country, DTEK Odessa Grids is doing everything possible to enable the customers to get all required services, provided by the company. In order to do that, the following convenient remote services of the company are working 24/7: Viber and Telegram chatbot, user account on the website, automatic IVR menu of the call center − (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90, a designated line for legal entities – (066) 750 90 90.

For the customers, whose issues cannot be solved online or who urgently need help, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers.

In order to solve most of the issues related to electricity distribution services, DTEK Odessa Grids customers can now use convenient remote services. However, in some cases the customers need to visit office of the company in person. For example, when they need to restore lost documents for electricity distribution services, get originals or copies of documents with wet seal, etc. To give our customers, living in Tatarbunary, Biliaivka and nearby settlements, an opportunity to visit our specialists in order to solve such issues, we have additionally opened 2 more Customer Service Centers,” – noted representative of the company.

In the service centers customers can get a service agreement, adjust meter’s readings, order meter parameterization services, etc.

Employees of DTEK Odessa Grids service centers have guidelines on how to act in case of emergencies. Additionally, there are shelters near the CSC that can be used in case of an air alert. Addresses are provided in the CSC notices.

Service centers are open at the following addresses: 21 Horkoho in Tatarbunary and 1 Generala Pliyeva in Biliaivka. Offices will be temporary open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday.

Let us recall that on April 19 DTEK Odessa Grids Customer Service Centers (CSC) have partially restored its operation in Odessa, Izmail, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Podolsk.
