Despite the martial law in the country, DTEK Odessa Grids is doing everything possible to enable the customers to get all required services, provided by the company. In order to do that, the following convenient remote services of the company are working 24/7: Viber and Telegram chatbot, user account on the website, automatic IVR menu of the call center − (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90, a designated line for legal entities – (066) 750 90 90.

For the customers, whose issues cannot be solved online or who urgently need help, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers.

In the service centers customers can get a service agreement, adjust meter’s readings, order meter parameterization services, etc.

Employees of DTEK Odessa Grids service centers have guidelines on how to act in case of emergencies. Additionally, there are shelters near the CSC that can be used in case of an air alert. Addresses are provided in the CSC notices.

Service centers are open at the following addresses: 21 Horkoho in Tatarbunary and 1 Generala Pliyeva in Biliaivka. Offices will be temporary open from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday.
