DTEK brings back light: in July, energy workers have restored electricity supply to more than 17,700 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region
Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer missile strikes and regular shelling of its southern districts, bordering the area of hostilities, that constantly affect the grids and leave thousands of residents without electricity.
Over the past month, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored power to more than 17,700 families in the region that were left without electricity due to enemy attacks.
Last week alone, energy workers have restored electricity after shelling to more than 1,000 homes. They also restored power supply in the city that was hit by a missile strike.
Emergency crews repair the grids immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Since the beginning of a full-scale war, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to 1 mln* households in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
