DTEK continues to repair the grids: electricity restored to more than 20,000 families in the Donetsk region

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore service to 11 settlements in Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts, thus restoring electricity to homes of 20,582 families.

For instance, energy workers managed to restore electricity to more than 8,000 families of Toretsk community and 9,700 families of Sloviansk community. They also managed to restore electricity to more than 1,200 families of Marinka community. Works were also conducted in Kramatorsk and Avdiivka communities.

Shelling in the Donetsk region does not stop and continues to destroy the grids. The most difficult directions remain Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut.

113 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
