DTEK restored electricity for 6 400 families in 19 settlements in the Kyiv region
During March 22, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids crews managed to partially restore electricity supply in 19 settlements in 4 districts: Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi, Brovarskyi, and Baryshyvskyi where hostilities do not stop, and in Boryspilskyi, that was cut off from electricity due to hostilities on the outskirts of the district.
In total, DTEK's specialists have restored electricity supply for 6 409 families in the Kyiv region over the past 24 hours.
The company cooperates with the Territorial Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to gain access to the sites of damage. DTEK's power engineers, together with doctors, volunteers, suppliers of essential food and medicine, do everything in their power to support the country during this difficult time.
Residents of 496 settlements in the Kyiv region are left without electricity. The situation is complicated by active hostilities. Thirty emergency crews have been working continuously for 28 days to promptly restore power supply to settlements in the Kyiv region affected by the fighting.
