DTEK restored electricity to all settlements of the Nikopol district after yesterday shelling

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to all settlements in Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region that suffered from yesterday shelling. Yesterday they have energized 4 more settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of more than 1,000 residents of the region.

The enemy has shelled Nikopol district twice during the night of July 13, leaving 14 settlements without electricity. By the morning, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews managed to restore power to the majority of homes that were left without electricity due to damaged lines. Over the course of a day, operation of electrical equipment was restored in 4 more villages, thus restoring electricity to homes of 1,181 families.

Power is currently restored to all settlements, affected by hostilities. The situation in the region is under control.

Despite constant shelling, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy. Works are performed immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and State Emergency Service.

Since the beginning of a full-scale russian invasion, energy workers have restored power to more than 40,000 homes, affected by hostilities. The majority – in the Kryvyi Rih district, which is being frequently shelled by the enemy.
