DTEK Grids resumes operation of Customer Service Centers in 4 regions of Ukraine
The government gradually restores what was destroyed by the invaders in order to return the country back to normal as soon as possible. DTEK also helps the government by resuming operation of Customer Service Centers, thus enabling fast and convenient provision of all company’s services to our customers.
“Convenient remote customer services are available in DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators. They help solve issues related to electricity distribution without the need to visit offices. For the customers, who prefer personal communication with our employees, we have opened fifteen service centers that remained closed since the beginning of war. Welcome,” – noted in the company.
CSC specialists are ready to help restore documents, lost by residents during hostilities, and solve issues related to agreements for electricity distribution to destroyed houses. Additionally, services related to renewal of agreements, adjustment of meter readings and receipt of consumption reports from legal entities, as well as other services are now available to the customers.
To ensure safety of the customers, employees of DTEK Grids DSO service centers are informed about shelters nearby. In case of air alert, they will advise how to get their quickly to be safe.
Overall, 15 service centers are currently operating in in the city of Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa regions. They will be available for customers from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Appropriate adjustment of the working schedule will depend on the curfew enforced in the region.
