DTEK restored power to more than 350 families in Kryvyi Rih district of the Dnipropetrovsk region

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists managed to restore power to the village in Kryvyi Rih district that was left without electricity due to damage of lines, caused by hostilities. Service is restored to 354 families in the region.

Situation in the settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, located at the border with Kherson region, remains difficult. On April 28, part of the village in the Kryvyi Rih district was left without electricity due to hostilities. Shelling caused damage of lines, powering homes of local residents. Hundreds of families were left without electricity. The same day, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have conducted emergency repair and restored operation of lines, thus restoring service to homes of 354 families.

Electricians are currently restoring power to 3 more settlements in the Kryvyi Rih district, affected by night shelling. These activities are to be completed by 15:00.

Since the beginning of war, DTEK Dnipro Grids were transferred to the emergency response and restoration operating mode and are ready to promptly restore service in case of blackouts. Workers have specific guidelines related to working in emergencies and are provided with everything needed to restore operation of equipment in case of damage, caused by hostilities.
