Intense air assaults are underway in the Donetsk region, destroying infrastructure of towns and villages every day. This includes destruction of the grids that leaves residents of the region without electricity. Last week alone, DTEK electricians have restored electricity supply to more than 62,000 residents of the region in 74 settlements of Bakhmut, Kramatorsk, Volnovakha and Pokrovsk districts.

94 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists will definitely restore electricity to homes of all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK energy workers are working non-stop in the conditions of hostilities for 208 days now and together with all other services are doing everything possible to provide electricity to homes of Ukrainians.

Let us recall that restoration of power supply to residents of districts in the Kyiv region that suffered from occupation was completed in May. Of which the company has already invested over 300 million hryvnas in restoration of electricity to residents of the Kyiv region. In perspective of 2022-2023, the company requires UAH 600-700 mln. to create more reliable power supply circuits.

The company needs aid from government and international partners in the amount of about 1 billion hryvnas in order to fully restore infrastructure of the grids and develop it according to the plan and needs of residents of the region.
