DTEK introduces new schedule of stabilization shutdowns in the Odesa region

An updated schedule consists of 3 categories:

  • Electricity is present. Timeframes of planned electricity restoration. White color on the schedule;
  • Electricity is absent. Timeframes of scheduled power shutdowns for balancing of the energy system. Grey color on the schedule;
  • Possible shutdowns. Timeframes when shutdown may be applied if imbalance in the energy system increases. We recommend reducing electricity consumption and avoiding using elevators during these periods. Light grey color on the schedule;

The schedule will be in a test mode for the next few days. Please note! Previous schedules are not valid!

If your address in absent in the schedule or if an actual situation is different from the schedule, please inform us about it immediately.

Feedbacks are important to us, as they help make schedules as convenient for customers as possible in a short period of time.

The fastest way is to write us a private message in the DTEK Odesa Grids Facebook. Another way is to file an application in the section “No electricity?” on the company’s website. You can also file an application via a call center, though it may take more time due to a large number of calls.

Over time, updated schedules will be applied in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

Important reminder. When electricity is restored after a shutdown, electrical appliances are to be switched on in turn. This will help avoid emergencies due to overload of the grids and maintain electricity in your and neighboring houses. Simple advices on how to switch on electrical appliances without harming the energy system are available here.
