Over the course of a day, DTEK has restored electricity to 6,500 families in the Donetsk region
Active hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. Shelling constantly destroy grids and equipment. Sloviansk, Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut directions remain the most difficult.
Yesterday was a troubled day in the Donetsk region. Hostilities and shelling left residents of 8 settlements in Avdiivka, Marinka and Bakhmut communities without electricity.
Despite constant threat from the russian aggressors, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue to restore electricity to residents of the region. Yesterday, power was restored to 6,480 residents of 9 settlements in Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, Toretsk, Marinka and Avdiivka communities.
Specialists perform all works only with the permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
85 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Currently, it is impossible to perform work there. Company’s specialists will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit from the military.
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 178 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines again and again, once it becomes possible.
