DTEK Odesa Grids offers customers a new service in Viber and Telegram chatbot. It is a digital assistant that works 24/7 and helps find answers to the most frequently asked questions in a matter of minutes — from submission of readings to conclusion of an agreement.
The “What, How and Why?” service — is a digital assistant, designed on the basis of real customer requests to the energy company. It simply and clearly explains how to act in typical situations of interaction with DTEK Odesa Grids.
The following information is available in the new service:
- how and when to submit meter readings;
- what is a Day-Night meter and how it helps save on payments;
- how to order meter-related services (i.e., meter replacement, parametrization, sealing, etc.);
- what to do in case of a power outage or problems with voltage;
- how to conclude and re-conclude an electricity distribution agreement;
- how to act in case of disconnection due to the debt for electricity;
- other practical advises.
The service is available 24/7. Thanks to easy navigation, you can quickly find answers to the most troubling questions.
