DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 35,000 homes after russians’ night attack
In the night of June 7, a combined enemy attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region has completely de-energized 3 settlements and partially de-energized 10 more, leaving over 40,000 families without electricity.
Once the security situation allowed, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews commenced restoration of power supply in the affected districts.
As of the morning, specialists managed to restore power supply to more than 35,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Energy workers are working to promptly restore electricity to all homes that remain de-energized. Restoration activities are to be completed by the end of the day.
Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to the residents, affected by the attacks, as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
