DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 25 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region after russian massive attack

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power supply after missive attack on the power facilities of the region that took place on September 2, thus restoring electricity to more than 96,000 families in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The enemy continues to target the energy system of the Dnipropetrovsk region. On September 2, power facilities in the south of the region were attacked. The damage caused complete or partial de-energization of 25 settlements, leaving more than 96,500 families without electricity. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Over the course of the day, power supply has been restored to 96,366 de-energized homes. 

Over 200 families still remain without electricity after latest russian attacks. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
