DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to homes of 1,200 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling
The enemy continues to shell the Dnipropetrovsk region from the occupied territories, regularly damaging grids and leaving residents of the region without electricity. Despite constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews continue to repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.
On January 24, the enemy has once again used heavy artillery to shell peaceful communities in the south of the region. Enemy shells damaged power lines, leaving 1,200 families in one of the settlements without electricity. On the same day, DTEK energy workers managed to completely restore operation of grids and restore power to homes of residents.
The situation in the energy system remains difficult. We ask all customers to support energy workers in their fight on the energy front. To do that, please consume electricity reasonably – switch on energy-consuming devices in turn and minimize electricity consumption during peak load hours from 07.00 to 11.00 in the morning and from 17.00 to 22.00 in the evening.
