Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have promptly restored electricity to homes of 34,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite shelling and difficult situation with hostilities, energy workers continue to repair grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Enemy continues to shell the south part of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Energy infrastructure continues to suffer damage and destruction. Yesterday alone, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and repair crews have restored power to 34,006 families in 11 settlements, de-energized due to hostilities.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restore electricity immediately after obtaining a permit from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

After a series of enemy’s missile strikes, the situation in the Ukrainian energy system remains difficult. A significant power shortage causes daily power shutdowns throughout the country. Therefore, we ask to treat electricity consumption responsibly – after shutdowns, switch on energy-consuming appliances in turn and minimize electricity consumption.
