DTEK energy workers restored power to more than 9,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region
Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from missiles and enemy artillery shelling that, among other things, destroy electrical infrastructure of towns and villages.
In the morning of July 31, the enemy hit a densely populated area in one of the big cities of the region. Damage of power lines, caused by the missile attacks, left 8,500 families without electricity. DTEK emergency crews commenced repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the SES and the military. As of 16:00, power supply was completely restored.
Last week (July 24 through 30), DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored power to more than 1,000 families in the region that were de-energized due to hostilities.
DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to repair damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
