DTEK energy workers restored electricity after shelling to 6,600 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 6,600 families in three districts of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to the enemy strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On March 19, new enemy attacks caused power outage in three districts in the south, north and east of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Damage of power facilities left 6,648 families of the region without electricity. 

Once the security situation allowed, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews commenced restoration of power supply. By the end of the day, energy workers restored electricity to all de-energized homes. 

The enemy continues to attack the energy infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the SES and the AFU.
