The mayor of Pivdenne Volodymyr Novatskyi awarded honorary certificates to 12 energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids for restoration of electricity after an enemy attack on March 5. In three days, thanks to the titanic efforts and coordinated professional work, specialists managed to restore power supply to the heat, water supply and wastewater disposal facilities in the town of Pivdenne and to more than 10,000 customers.

“From the bottom of my heart, I express my gratitude to the energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids. They worked non-stop, with full dedication, tirelessly, regardless of their strength and health. Due to the round-the-clock repair works, they managed to energize critical infrastructure facilities as soon as the next day, thus providing homes with water and heating, and a day later electricity has been restored to homes of 10,000 residents. This is, without exaggeration, a titanic work. Thank you!” – underscored Volodymyr Novatskyi, head of the Pivdenne city council.
