DTEK energy workers have restored power to 4,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of a week

From February 27 to March 5, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews have restored electricity to homes of more than 4,000 families in 12 settlements, left without power supply due to shelling. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Over the past week, DTEK emergency crews have restored operation of grids for 4,083 families in 12 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Most of these settlements suffer from constant russia’s shelling, so energy workers have to regularly repair damaged lines and restore electricity.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists conduct work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Power is now fully restored to all affected districts.

Since the beginning of a full-scale war, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to 879,000 households overall. Some homes required restoration of electricity on dozens of occasions due to regular enemy attacks.
