DTEK Donetsk Grids to eliminate the impact of severe weather

Over the day, DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power supply to 17 settlements, resumed operation of 28 de-energized power lines and 346 transformer substations. However, the severe weather does not settle down. Now the company's energy workers are working to bring the power back to 11 more settlements.

DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests, takes care of its customers and does everything to ensure that their homes always have electricity, warmth and comfort. The energy workers are working 24/7 to restore power to the affected areas.

Over the past day, we have brought power back to 15,000 customers. The company's expert are still on the alert to prevent outages related to severe weather and eliminate possible accidents. 95 crews are involved in the emergency recovery work, - says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids. “We work every day to make the power supply more reliable and the service more convenient and customer-oriented.”

The company's experts are working to bring power back to 11 more settlements:

  • The villages of Kirillovka, Kalchik, Priovrazhnoe, Zarya, Kellerovka, Lebedino, Vodyanoe, Berdyanskoe, Vinogradnoe in the Mariupol District.
  • The villages of Lastochkino, Kamyshevka in the Pokrovsky District.

DTEK Donetsk Grids asks residents of the region to stay at home if possible and be careful not to approach bare wires, broken lines and emergency trees.

Information about outages can be checked using the DTEK Donetsk Grids chatbot on Viber or Telegram, as well as on the company's website in the section "Scheduled and emergency outages". If your address is there, the energy workers know about the blackout.
