The Global Power & Energy Elites rating has been published annually since 2015 by Smart Energy International, the international specialized edition on energy. Apart of leaders in the energy industry, the rating recognizes the best industry-specific projects in the world. The key criterion is “to be an example to be followed by others”.

In his interview for the Global Power & Energy Elites Ivan Geliukh told about his vision of leadership:  “It is critical for a leader to have a clear vision of what they are striving to achieve and where they want to bring their team. While building my career I realised that one way of achieving your goal is to have the inner energy that drives you forward”.

In the category “Leadership profile” there were 10 nominees, among them – top-mangers of energy companies, heads of industry associations of Europe, Africa, and Asia, and Ministry of Energy of Malaysia and Chief Counsellor of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy of New Zealand.
