KYIV REGION, AUGUST 01, 2022 Fast and easy way to submit readings of different types of meters – explains DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids

“DTEK hears and understands customers’ needs. Remote services are available in the company for convenient submission of electricity consumption readings. These are: chatbot, website, “Merezhi online” mobile application, user account and automatic voice menu (IVR). They are user-friendly and do not require visiting company’s offices. Everything can be done by means of telephone and internet,” – notes DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

At the same time, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids draws customers’ attention to specifics of submitting multi-zone meters readings. Customers with such devices should submit not one but several numbers – 2 for the two-zone (day and night) and 3 for the three-zone (peak, semi-peak, night) meter. Depending on the model of the device, zone display has different indexes. DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids customers have the following ones:

  • for a GAMA type meter, the day zone on the display will be displayed with the 1.5.8.2 index, and the night zone - 1.5.8.1;
  • NiK brand device: day - 1.8.2 or 1.5.8.2, night - 1.8.3 or 1.5.8.1;
  • if you have an NP or MTX meter, then the day zone is A2 or 1.8.2, and the night zone is A1 or 1.8.3;

Choose the most convenient channel and submit readings monthly:

- via “Merezhi” online mobile application (available in AppStore and Google Play Market);

- web form on the website without additional registration. Select district in the corresponding section, indicate personal account number, number of zones on your meter and readings for each zone;
