DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds its customers of the need to submit their electricity consumption readings every month, and gives advice on how to submit the readings of day/night metering devices correctly. All this can be done using user-friendly remote services that are available 24/7.

DTEK is conscious company, and we care about health of our customers and employees. The company offers several ways to transmit electricity meter readings quickly and conveniently. You can do this through:

  • The company website on the Submit Meter Readings page, no registration needed;
  • Customer’s personal account;
  • Call center phones at +38 (096) 450 0 473; +38 (099) 450 0 473; (0629) 450 473. You can leave readings here in automatic mode, following the voice instruction;
  • The company official page on Facebook;

Readme: readings should be submitted on the last two calendar days of the current month and the first three calendar days of the next month to ensure accurate electricity billing. If customers do not submit meter readings, the amount of consumed electricity is calculated based on the average monthly consumption.

How to read (day/night) meters:

A display of day/night meters shows the data sequentially: the amount of electricity used, date, device operation time, etc. To take readings, wait until the required information appears on the display or press enter to switch data until the required information appears. Different types of meters have the different day/night display indices:

  • For a GAMA type meter, the day readings will be displayed with the «1.8.1» index, and the night readings — «1.8.2»;
  • Meter of a NiK brand displays day reading as «T1», and night as «T2»;
  • If you have a STK type meter, then the day readings are at «1», and the night readings are at «2»;

A short video instruction on how to submit meter readings through the company’s website with no additional registration is here.

DTEK Donetsk Grids encourages customers to make the most of remote services, the list of which is constantly expanding. In 2020, the company processed more than 193,000 phone calls to the call center, 5,300 emails, 10,200 customers used the company’s Facebook page, 2,700 — the personal account and website.
