In October, the number of chatbot users on Viber and Telegram and Telegram was 10,503, more than 2,000 of them submitted meter readings via the chatbot. The company offers all its customers to send readings using a chatbot and see it for themselves.
“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus. We are developing simple and convenient remote services. Therefore, we offer our customers to use a reliable and fast assistant - a chatbot to report meter readings,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, Head of DTEK Donetsk Grids. "If the readings are submitted in time, then the supplier will issue correct electricity bills."
Readme: readings must be sent on the last two calendar days of the current month and the first three calendar days of the next month. Thus, the company could form accurate consumption volumes for the month. If customers do not report meter readings, the consumed electricity will equal an average monthly consumption.
